I doubt exceptions will be applied. It isn't MDL deciding what can be post. DMCA is sending to host of MDL services. Not just to admins. Admins have no control if they wish to keep MDL alive.
Frankly, I agree with you. Maybe it is better just to share link of Wzor's tweet, which has links of this build. By this way, the rules will not be violated. Probably admins will do something about it.
