    you need decrypt it...i new few seconds for see if have new decrypt key..

    I can do an upgrade form windows 7 to 10 in VMware will that give the right RSA Key and where could I find it ?

    Downloading now and will try to update 10059 and if that didn't work, do an clean install on my Laptop 2. HDD. It's just to see the Network Problem is solved or not! If still not solved, it's not interesting for me.

    no, but its supposed that you can download the language pack in the language options.
