I was getting this same error on 22616 with WinBtrfs, trying to copy using explorer or other software calling the same functions (3rd party file managers, installers) were also failing, but files could be read/opened just fine otherwise.
No. 22000.1 never was released as ISO (i explicitly mentioned ISO), uup dump only. First 22000.xxx released ISO was 22000.132 on techbench labled Insider Preview. EDIT: ALL (most, some older ones were not .1) final releases are .1 build + updates.
Fresh installed and right off the bat, this build is pure trash. Anyone found a way to pin old control panel to Start? It was possible up to previous build. This build also has those ugly white rectangle selections on every new context menu interactions. In short, old bug is back. It seems that dumbos at Microsoft don’t test builds for these kind of obvious bugs.
