Doesnt seem to be an issue here, just tried to replicate it Enable admin mode, delete account(sign out first and remove any windows hello sign in methods) create a new one, move the files you want to keep first to admin and back to new account Try test account first You may want to copy desktop shortcuts and user shortcuts also
Method seems too risky. Especially, if it doesn't work. Will wait for an alternative method to resolve the issue. I believe some mix up happened with registry values during the upgrade from 21H2 to 22H2. Thanks anyways.
you might be able to find a tool to repair openwith defaults have you tried resetting default associations in default apps chkdsk and sfc /scannow also

We will host the server which uses ngrok technology and use domain names based on alicepoon1993.xyz. Before that where can I get the current and recommend UUP server repos as they may not have an active development right now to prevent official site shuts down again unexpectedly with same or related reasons. Yes we should have an backup domains with uupdump.hk, isodump.hk, uupdump.asia, isodump.asia and the official website must use Web 3.0 technique to avoid censored by operator, the Microsoft officials and the Governments with extremme worst rights.
till build 819, I was able to rearrange the system tray taskbar icon on the right side but after updating to the latest build 900, those system tray icons cannot be rearranged anymore, anyone facing this same issue & know any workaround to solve this?
