I was also about to say that. I've tried both and I think 22623.1245 run better than 22621.1194. Well, I was running 22623.1194 but not sure if that really changes anything {in terms of functionality}.

turn off or disable in the one drive settings theirs a option to check on or off where it said dont turn on one drive on start up
