Ok this is just weird. On 22621, Get the regular new update on a number of machines. All but one gets the Co-pilot. The last one gets over the next two days Windows Configuration Update (KB5030509 update requiring a reboot but no co-pilot, BUT all of a sudden after 3 goes it appears. Must be a glitch.
It's an Insider Preview ISO, only available in 24 languages, nobody can tell what build MSFT releases when it goes public but that only will be a newer LCU to be integrated.
On the contrary... Build 22621.2361 (I'm on South East Asia) Had "Get the latest updates as soon as they're available" to ON ever since that was an option. This main machine was a 10 upgraded to 11 around the release month or so and never had any MS Account associated since. I don't have Paint Cocreator and for some reason Snipping Tool isn't being updated to version 11.2308.33.0 so no "Text Actions" but I have the Photos app Background Blur, Dev Home as well as new File Explorer (not noticing slowness unlike others) apart from the Copilot preview as seen on the screenshot.
I might wait if I were you, I have noticed in 2 different computers, a hit on performance, on my gaming machine, like 15-20 less FPS on COD MW2. Random app crashes and things just not running I have noticed more and more. I rolled back 1 machine so it's stable again. I am hoping for a update for 23h2 and maybe I will try again. I installed 23H2 (22631.2361) and I have gotten no new updates, is there any major updates for 23H2 yet?
i think that's true for it to appear at 1sst, which what happened to me i had to log in with MS account then restart and it appeared, after another restart, i turned back to local account and Co-pilot is still there.

Er..um, not fully. I have a PC in the office (I am the IT manager for the company), NO local account, just a domain account. I have Copilot enabled, I did nothing extra to get it to show. On my home machine, local account and domain, No Copilot enabled.....can't even find it with a search in Windows. So, in my case, a real hit or miss so far...
Ye, it doesn't. The error is the exact same. And it's from this lcu. I had a w11 iso updated with the previous lcu and it was fine.
Thats cause it was a 24hr link more than likely just make it from UUP Dump or the other options available on here to do it
