And after the menu pops up, if you press N, does it open Settings? I can open the menu with Win+X and I can use the arrow keys to select an option, but in previous builds, each option on the menu had a letter underlined that you could use to launch it. Settings, Device Manager, etc. Now there are no underlined letters on the menu and none of the letter keys do anything. I got very accustomed to using Win+X and then N to open settings, and Win+X and then A to open an Administrator Powershell, and now they don't work anymore and I don't like it.
I have TUF gaming X570 with AMD 3900X, Radeon VII, and 32 GB 3600 RAM, along with a couple M.2 SSDs. I also have a Surface Pro 4. The Surface upgraded perfectly, and works well. I clean install on my main drive since I rip out defender offline. It installed and is running well. I always use an MS account except when in VM. One thing I noticed is that when I try to Verify account in Settings, nothing happens. Probably a bug. As far as downloading, I have never been successful with this build on UUPDUMP, but I downloaded all the UUPs from adguard and copied them to the UUP folder in the Dump. I than ran conver-uup.cmd and everything ran like a charm.
They are downloaded from the exact same links from the exact same MSFT servers, the only thing from uup dump is the zip file with files and scripts. I have been running different downloads all night without one error.
In the microosoft store go to the downloads and updates page and click on get updates. That should make microsoft store find and download all the updates inlcuding the microsoft store update.
How do i get the new windows explorer ribbon? restarting the computer did not fix anything. Still have the old ribbon. Thanks in advance
i already have that update and i know that some people like Paul Thurrott do not have the new windows explorer ribbon on all the computers that he upgraded to windows 11 either
When I upgrade from 10 to 11 I notice that "show all taskbar icons" remains set yet I do not see where the actual option exists in 11. Is it just a retained setting with no setting switch in 11 or am I just missing it?
This has got to be due to geographic locations Microsoft's east coast servers being overwhelmed. Some of us have had the complete opposite experience.

On an unsupported system that I upgraded to the leaked build I got locked out from updating to the official build. I had to reinstall Windows 10 and then upgrade to the official build, this did work.
