Why do you want to turn off Windows Defender? It's extremely useful and has almost zero impact on performance.

Just upgraded to Windows 11 Pro on two old Dell Latitudes, one 2013 and the other 2015, from Windows 10 Pro 20H2. Message said I couldn't upgrade because of the Intel Processors not being higher than 2018, not true. Updated all the software to current levels as a Microsoft Insider and got the error message that I wasn't able to upgrade with these laptops. I changed my BIOS which has the TPM requirements to UFEI and Secure Boot, selected DEV Channel and the older Dell laptops bypassed the messages about not being able to update. Took about 1 hour to install the new Windows 11 21H2 6/29/21 22000.51 expierence pack 421.16300.0.3. The changes on Windows 11 are the Start Menu button is now in the middle of the task bar.
After Windows 11 Pro was up and running, I installed Microsoft Office 2019. When the Office completed I tested my old activation, KMS_VL_ALL_AIO_V38.0, and it works fine on Windows 11. With the update from Windows 10 Pro to Windows 11 Pro it carried forward my Dell Product activation software, so when I used the KMS activation it still shows that Windows 11 Pro is permanently activated, and Office 2019 was activated for 180 days.
I hope this information is useful and I look forward to sharing next experiences with new Windows 11 users.

So its not been fixed to DL insider yet, without the server you mention. Guess its the end doing this the normal UUP dump way.

 

Not when you run a significant number of Virtual Machines with limited CPU resources.
This is IP machine, not used for anytihng other than testing.

LOL, when so many try request These Downloads MS block for DL, means it will be like this all over also when new insider updates comes out.

I have the 22000.1 build but i know the 22000.51 build is available but windows update doesn't show it to me
Do i download the cumulative update from UUP or what?

 

i can't access the dev channel since it's says my pc isn't compatible

 

had the same problem, as stated enrole and you will get the update. Your going to have to anyway as more updates come thru

 

you know what I don't understand, you have so many posts, but you don't seem to know that you can keep the UUPs folder, and also create virtual ones from it.

there we have probably all posted at the same time * ^^
