Well I am on 22621 and not on insider, and I got as whole heap of driver updates today via Windows updates
So my Home Lab workstation (ASUS WS Pro x570) running 22621.382. The Mobo has 2 Built in NICs (Intel and RealTek). Update KB5016632 seems to have broke my Intel I211 NIC after a reboot the Intel NIC now fails to connect to the lan either with static or dhcp ip. I dont know what driver version it had prior to the update. I verified its definitly the nic. Device Manager/Network Adapters all show good and no ! or anything. Lucky I dont rely on this nic. Its been hot as hell lately maybe its cant take the high socal weather lately. I reloaded the driver,deleted/readded/rebooted and even updated the version from intel website but still same results. Update (solved) : So. Leterally after I posted this I thought to delete and or swap the static dhcp leases on my pfsense box for the 2 NICs on my workstation. I swapped static IPs in the lease (not the PC) and rebooted and sure enough both NICs registered via DHCP and are good. I had rebooted my workstation about 30mins before I installed the update. not sure if if maybe the arp table on my pfsense box got bugered up or the nice driver on the pc. but whatever. its working now.
looking good looks like 22621.328 be public release just need to see if isos complied on the insider's site in a few days
Make your mind up 1 min its this week then its next month then its october ya dont know nothing lol if your gonna try saying its gonna be something at least get the build number right
ok, I can confirm that the nasty FE TAB white theme flash bug is fixed finally in this latest v575. Also, liked the middle-clicked new TAB feature, finally a bugfix & useful feature of FE TAB
22621 or 22622 This new cumulative update only includes fixes, many of which apply to the new features that those on the lower build won’t even see. It’s same to say that Windows 11 version 22H2 is feature-complete. That means that between now and when the feature update launches for the general public, the only changes we’re likely to see are fixes.
Windows 11 22/2 who knows don't want to waste a thread here and repeat of magic build numbers just thinking public release be far away maybe mid-October won't matter another CU will come after and after again either beta or prerelease. Reason I start liking 11 cause 10 is so bloated bogged with so many updates I find the ISOs are getting almost 7gigabyte
Im not seeing any difference with file explorer, i still see a flash of white? Is it a feature id fix ? as i have flighting disabled
Those must be multi-arch ISOs, most of my AiO ISOs (x64 or x86 only are under 4.37GB). Code: Name: W.10.22H2.AiO.x64.nlNL.Juli.22_19045.1865.iso Size: 4268621824 bytes (4070 MiB) containing: Code: 1. I don't see public release happening soon for 22621, Microsoft's system is a mess right now, with Release Preview and Beta Channels having different content
