    Microsoft are the masters of same, same, same. They just don't have the talent they used to many years ago.

    All they can do is minor iterations on the same things.

    Not saying they were ever truly great, but you have to admit it was an exciting thing to get a new OS from them, Win 95 - The OS that in my mind finally made the PC a "thing", and I ditched my Amiga! 98, XP, 7, amazing differences. Ever since Win8.1 it's been same, same, same, with win 11 being the tamest "new" OS release ever with no tangible benefits whatsoever. I'm fully expecting Win 12 to be more of the same. They totally lost their way after Win 7, and simply gave up.

    Windows is not where the big business is anymore. They probably want it to become just a shell for selling their cloud crap.

    So Windows 12 is probably not going to be better than Windows 11.
