I thru this onto a vhdx disc and now all my hd are bitlocked! What do I do? using unlocking bitlocker in a winpe. working

That's because insiders are testing most likely builds for the next Server release, and that we have switched over from the rs_prerelease branch to br_release. Once MS is happy with how development and testing of these builds have progressed, that they'll will switch us back to the rs_prerelease branch and the new 29xxx.1000 builds which are currently being tested internally in MS.
