I don't mean to cause trouble by asking in the wrong forum, but a thought hit my mind, that I can't seem to escape from. Since Microsoft is one of the companies who provide data to PRISM, and since every Windows 8 machine can be traced from the serial number to a credit card, does that mean that NSA has access to everything on my machine? Do you guys think it is possible, that windows 8 was created with a back door, that would allow this?
Not a fan of conspiracy theories, but u are wrong if u believe that the gov would require that windows 8 (or any other OS for the matter) to have a back door in order to track u down.
watch movies : MATRIX , zeitgeist, CLOUD ATLASS, AND ALL YOU WILL SEE WHERE WE LIVE.... good day more positive thoughts for better life
3.0 (2.0 was facebook and the other social websites) Now we're in the age of carrying personal GPS trackers, that can easily be used to record every sound we make Edit: And not only that, but the Eveeeeel One World Gov't is making us pay for them too!
And the NSA/CIA/Dunkin'Donuts listen in and eat .. Just remember not to suddenly scream a river of into the microphone,or you'll burst their eardrums
I don't know which kind of news you read, but I assure you, that this conspiracy is no theory. Gestapo-leaders would kill their first born to get their hands on a tool like PRISM..
Perhaps my english wasn't clear enough. What I'm saying is that if the goverments want to spy on us, they dont need nor require a back door on windows 8 to do so, they can do it in many other ways.
Why so tense? Why should they do so? Let's face it. Your available data, credit card details not particularly interesting. Never mind. Don't fret!
I really don't understand your attitude towards this problem. I wouldn't think my (or your) data would be particularly interesting, but apparently the NSA and other intelligence agencies do find it to be interesting enough to spy on. This time the evidence is right in your face, and the NSA got caught with their pants down, and still you are implying, that I'm being paranoid. I don't know why the NSA would spy on me, I think it is idiotic, a huge waste of money, and I am sure it will backfire - but fact remains that they do! I stopped using Goggle Chrome a while ago, because of the browsers key logging abilities. Now I wonder if I should ditch Windows 8 to avoid giving the NSA complete access to my PC.
Not if you're working remotely for a service and know the system. @papagoejoe Well a lot of these nsa methods $BS
