I can't spot the links of the cab(s) for offline enabling this feature via DISM - is it already posted?
I think there isn't an official way given the files are from ubuntu servers, not MS ones, but I guess that populating the LXSS folder could be enough.
No, it is not available to 32-bit Windows 10. I have been using bash on Ubuntu on Windows 10 since it's integrated to install some Linux applications and create GUI Ubuntu. The Tmux split panes are quite cute and functional on build 14393.5.
Most of the default features that comes with it are old. You would need connection to update them. The GCC is in version 4.8.2. The python is 2.7.6 which I am going to upgrade to 3 later today as this Windows 10 build version is stable for doing that.
I haven't tried but what about using tar/cpio/rsync from linux itself instead of using windows tools?
