Display is messed up

    i have gt520 from nvidia with lastest update and it says my display is set at 1920x1080 but i can tell its not even through it say it does,i know this because it says my display isnt set to highest amount when i run ashampoo burning studio,can someone please help me corect this

    I already have the newest build from nvidia ,nVidia Geforce 359.06-WHQL and it still does same thing

    Uninstall the graphics driver, make sure your latest Chipset driver is installed first and reinstall it.

    i ordered a new gragic card ,i think my card is fried or sometthing,it keeps blinking ever so often,thank you for your help
