.dll editor

    I would like open/edit imageres.dll file. Is there a program available to do this? I am interested in the .bmp files used for start up screens etc.

    Does anyone know where the .bmp files for start up/shutdown - logon/logofff etc. are in the imageres.dll or bootres.dll?
    I thought I had some idea of what I was doing here, I don't...:confused:

    Logon/log off images are in imageres.dll - IMAGE 5031 to 5043 (filesize must be less than 256Kb)

    btw.
    I use Restorator 2007 for editing .dll's

    Thank you, I found them, once I opend up the correct .dll - I knew I should have stayed away from the red pills back in the 60s' - I just knew it...:eek:
