dmwappushservice - what is it exactly?

    i searched the MDL forum and spend 10 minutes on google but all i found is info how to disable it.

    i would like to know what exactly this service does.

    it pushes wap messages ok.. but what for.. what in win10 is using this service?

    sorry im ignorant but "provisioning" or "bootstrapping" doesnt mean anything to me.. especially not in english. :)

    can someone explain in simple english what it does and what function in win10 need this?

    It's for managing phones / windows mobile

    it's a result of merging all Windows components/products into OneCore
    some phone stuff being on desktop edition
