Do I need GWX Control Panel Anymore?

    Do I need GWX Control Panel Anymore? Since the free upgrade is supposed to be over.

    MSFT reported that gwx was shutdown, new win 7/8.1 installs don't show the 10 nags anymore.

    Thank GOD !!! The most annoying thing if you PREFER or NEED another OS...
