I have a dv7 that the video died in. So I dug around ebay till I found one that was cheap, that didn't have a hard drive ram and battery. So I slapped my old hd, ram and battery in it and it works fine. But i know its not the same model laptop as my other dv7. What do I need to do to make the bios match my old dv7? for recovery sakes. A million thanks for any help.
