With Office 2010, Microsoft always recommended installing the 32 bit version of Office even if you have an x64 OS for max compatibility and no seen benefit of the x64

what about Office 2013? has that changed or do j00 guys still install the x86 version?

I've still been using x86, even though I don't use any Office addons that would not be supported.

Anyway, you would think those addon makers would have their s**t together by now and have x64 addons anyway.

If you use MS ACCESS, you can't open a database with Office x86 if it has been created with office x64.
