    I think it would be much better if you said what is the thing that should be there or what you really want to have or what you're looking for.

    its a premade ready to run virtualbox image, ms windows preinstalled

    It's not OS2 or MACOS that can take hours to install and configure. It's win 10, 5 minutes to deploy, two minutes to to install the VM tools.

    Surely faster than download an install from a speed limited hosting service.

    Aside that custom images aren't allowed here.
