does anyone have windows server 2019 arm64?

    I can not find it anywhere at all I tried uupdump, but It will not let me download those builds.

    uupdump cannot offer what it does not have or exist

    supposedly, Server arm64 was released for OEMs only

    It's a OEM only edition used mainly on Azure. It maybe could be converted from the base of Win10 17763 ARM64.

    Sadly the specific ServerARM64 components are nonexistent, but you can install RSAT Server Manager and add ServerDatacenter licence files to ARM64 Windows. That is propably the closest thing to real ServerARM64 what we can have now.
