    Would I want to have a homebrew solution on a device that is rather VITAL to every day life? I do not think so...

    Indeed. That is why I asked first.. and searched and searched... But for now... Hmpfff...

    Only official Ubuntu smartphone for now, methinks...

    Meh... There is v. 5 now and Meizu and...

    But none of them are yet "it"...

    Plus support is not yet "it"...

    Did I tell you they started shipping them?

    But they never answered my question "Will they guarantee it will pass the Italian customs without extra charges"...

    So, no idea when it will be shipped from EU, if ever, grrrr....

    Me, three! :biggrin:

    Soon I shall be moving to the UK ( :eek: [ :D ] ), so I shall order one, when I am there. The team couldn't/wouldn't assure me that the phone (sent from China) would pass Italian customs without incurring further charges, ergo... :beee:

    We'll see... I am itching, so to speak... ;)

    Why?

    How do you know what I need out of it? :D

    It might be more than enough for most of us, at the end of the day... Plus added security... ;)
