The $OEM$ folders are used during the Windows installation process to customize and automate the setup. Here’s a quick reference for the most common folders within $OEM$:

$OEM$\$$: Contains files that are copied directly into the Windows directory during installation.
$OEM$\$1: Files in this folder are copied to the root of the system drive.
$OEM$\$Progs: Used to copy files into the Program Files directory.
$OEM$\$Docs: Files are copied into the user's Documents folder.

The $2 folder is not a standard folder in the Windows installation process. The most common folders within $OEM$ are $OEM$\$$, $OEM$\$1, $OEM$\$Progs, and $OEM$\$Docs.
