I do got Photoshop but I don't know how to animate GIF images. But I do wonder that if you mean with "Clear" background a transparent background or not?

Question.. What size in pixels do you want the giff. The txt size "6.75" in BOLD.......I am just on with it and ohh my that is very very small txt size... Or do you mean the text size to be 6.75 inches ?

Hi ya mate.. Done your graphic over. Made the text bigger and not all in capitals. Also made the canvas size much smaller to fit round the text better. I did actually use Photoshop in the end. It gives good animation results. First time i have used it for owt like this. With that in mind I have the native .psd file saved which will let me alter it at any time. i.e size,text size,font and colour etc etc..... Plus if the timing is not exactly how you imagine it that is easily changed too. So if owt is not right dont worry about asking me to change it. OK. Love messing with Photoshop so this has been fun.... It's me who should be thanking you...... Just this second.... Made a third graphic and really cropped the canvas size to fit very snuggly round the text.. This is up and ready for you too. The bottom one. Would your app allow you to use an .avi file. After Effects would make a nice small .avi of your graphic fading out. I will try putting one together if you wish to try.
