Does not activate bluetooh windows

    Hp notebook 15 f123wm does not activate the bluetooh I have downloaded the driver from the manufacturer's home page, the bluetooh icon still does not appear, does it have anything to do with the ltsc features?

    verify it exists in hardware and devices first then start bluetooth service, stop it and start again

    the functions are available for the equipment, it shows them on its main page.

    It has something to do with the options of Windows 10 LTSC because in its default system Windows 10 Pro was enabled, do not imagine or read somewhere that LTSC will subtract that option from Bluetooh

    i have a blue house with a blue window
