Does not show 3 accounts at login screen

I made a local account during setup of a new Windows 10 computer then created 2 more local admin accounts
once in Windows

It logs straight in to first account without asking witch account to use when computer is turned on

If I log out then I can see other 2 accounts that’s the only way I can log into those

is this normal for Windows 10?

 

press <WINDOWS-KEY>+R then type "control userpasswords2". Remove check from check box as needed.

 

I normaly use netplwiz same result

 

I forgot to add none of the accounts have passwords
Does that make a difference

 

try making one non administrator account, enable guest or make passwords 123456 style if netplwiz doesn't work
