Does the new Windows 10 update upgrade your screen from 60Hz to 144Hz if it does then how do you check if it has done it?
The frequency of the screen depends on the graphics card driver. You should have a good understanding of common sense.
This 1809 update is infuriating. Yet AGAIN the entire Windows folder has been overwritten (at the other side of the disk), what a menace. Not to mention the complete disregard of configuration settings, now every setting needs to be double-checked. This is not innovation, they're just taking s**ts on their users. If this circus is to repeat every 6 months then I'll stick with 1803 forever. also they messed up unicode fallback, Segoe UI shows \U0001F588 (black push pin) as a square box
what did you upgrade from? I went from 8.1 to Win 10 and everything is fine for the most part. I didn't lose a single file. if I go from 7 to 10 I will probably do clean.
Upgraded from 1803. Someone told me they fixed the upgrading process; e.g. no more system folder piggybacking, no hazardous reset of registry values, but Microsoft did it again, not to mention a cosmetic bug in the first 5 minutes I use this OS. I give up on Windows, lets enjoy it while it lasts.
