    Hello,

I am thinking of getting a Windows Server 2019.

But before installing on my SSD, I want to install it on a separate hard disk and give it a try and later switch over to the SSD.

Will I be able to reinstall on the SSD? All the other hardware is the same. Just the hard disk is different.

Currently the SSD already has a Windows 10 installation and I don't want to get rid of for about a week.

    Regards,
    Lolcocks.

On the same pc/machine/etc You can install as many different hard drives as You want. And on any drive can be the same or different OS or OS version, there is no restrictions.
If I understand You correctly, then yes You can.

Depends on if the key can be used another time, if not, maybe image the hdd install and recover on the ssd, or just use KMS_VL_ALL to activate the next install.
