I have Avast but I was thinking of using Defender and seeing how it does, not that I have a issue with Avast. With Avast I do like that on some site if Ublock doesn't block a JS:trojan script or Crpyto Miner script Avast will detect it and stop it. Does Defender have this? Is Defender worth using?

As far as i know Defender doesn't do that and in my opinion you should stick to Avast or some other third party AV and avoid Defender. Windows Defender is better at detecting false positives than real malware, very often it's removing cracks and keygens of warez scene groups, i personally use ESET Internet Security and i can say that it's false positive detection is very very low, it never removed my cracks. :)

WD is meant to be used with Edge, if you are using other browser, do not expect much protection from anything.
Poper Blocker is pretty effective in blocking crypto scripts. Then there is default "uBlock filters – Resource abuse"
