Yep, when windows listed a SSD as a HDD and would't give the option to optimize, it was "winsat diskformal". Winsat formal is just like running the old windows experience.
I just ran this command in admin command prompt: winsat formal -v -xml c:\winstatresults.xml. in build 10525, the results when opened in excel are huge compared to when run in build 10240 RTM.
