http://www.solareclipse2015.org.uk/chasing-the-shadow/about-the-eclipse/ http://earthsky.org/tonight/supermoon-to-stage-total-eclipse-of-the-sun-on-march-20 I would be glad to see some of your pictures here.
Yeah it would be so great our Swede, Norwegian, Danish, English, etc. MDL members could post some videos and pics about it. People, lets be more interested in this beautiful phenomenon of nature. Not many can pride saying they stood under a solar eclipse in their lifetime...
I plan on getting up early tomorrow to see it, I`ll try grab some pics, no promises though, I like my bed
Nice blue sky couldn't have been better. (Even though it appears to be dark because of the exposure on the sun) Just one snapshot for now. Colors are not right due to the filter I have used, need to re-develop the raw data with fixed white balance, will post a sequence at weekend with right colors.
Here the promised sequence of 4 states color corrected. (Not quite satisfied with the filter I had used since it led to a sort of doubling effect...well...) All times are UTC+1 10:06 10:35 10:38 10:42

was cloudy here, was looking up at it foe a few mins & thought ah, wont bother , then tried to read my paper , i went blind
You have to be careful, sun rays were strong. Had a look with the bare eyes before as well, when I went up the roof top of the company where I am working I had a greenish aura on my retina. Came hardly up the stairs without to stumble the first minutes, lol. Had used a filter the welders are usually using when doing their work at the front of the lens...
Partial ones are good for practicing to shot eclipses...anyway at total state the light changes drastically...and you have only a few 10 seconds to get anything right. Would like to see some pictures. In Europe there is nothing visible of it.
