    Step 1: Modify EditionID value Enterprise to Professional, or import pro.reg

    Before (ent.reg)
    Code:
    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion]
    "EditionID"="Enterprise"
    After (pro.reg)
    Code:
    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion]
    "EditionID"="Professional"
    Step 2: Run Windows 8.1 Pro to upgrade

    This does not sound right...

    No matter what, it should prompt the menu.

    How did you run the setup? On top of Enterprise? Or DVD/USB boot?

    You run DVD\setup.exe on Enterprise?

    Normally the windows_8.1_with_update ISO should be Multiple-editions, i.e. Windows 8.1 Pro and Windows 8.1.

    Code:
    WIM Information:
    ---------------------
    GUID:        {B6EDC748-4E43-452A-BA2A-1002DA55E730}
    Image Count:    2
    Compression:    LZX
    Part Number:    1/1
    Attributes:    0xC
            VERIFY_DATA
            RP_FIX

    Image Index: 1
    -------------------
    Name:        Windows 8.1 Pro
    Description:    Windows 8.1 Pro
    Flags:        Professional
    Files:        90865
    Folders:        18662
    Expanded Size:    12127 MB

    Image Index: 2
    -------------------
    Name:        Windows 8.1
    Description:    Windows 8.1
    Flags:        Core

    Expanded Size:    12052 MB
    Could you show me the link to the win8.1 pro DVD? Is it a Homebrew ISO?

    Or you input Windows 8.1 key?

    I am going to bed. Good night.
