    Hi,
i have a question. Iam running Win7 64bit Ultimate build 7600 and have my original win7 home permium here...

Is there any chance to downgrade now my ultimate to home permium that i only type the license key in and have win7 activated?

A friend told me it could be possible with an registry entrie to make this happen!?

Please tell me is there any chance to get the home premium license work without reinstalling windows? I have a lot of programs running and must work every day with them i havent enaugh time to reinstall my hole pc... :(

I hope there is a chance to downgrade my win7...!?

Thank you for that link but it doesnt work for me :(
I changed the registry from "Ultimate" to "Home Premium but it when i try to upgrade win7 i get the same message that it is impossible to make this downgrade from ultimate to home premium.

I use the original Home premium 64bit DVD!

Will try out my multi installing cd with all win7 version...

    EditionID: HomePremium

Thank you for help, i did it! :)

It was the registry entrie with "HomePremium" not "Home Premium" the space was the key. ;)
