    A simple, lightweight distribution

? Simple? It's the most complicated version of Linux to date

I tried Arch after trying a couple of "easy" distros and can say that it's the install that is not as easy as some other distros but in use I find it easier. When I was using "easy" distros like say Mint or Crunchbang if I couldn't find up to date software I had to build it myself with various results :mad: In Arch I rarely have to as some kind guy has usually done it for me and it's easy to install from the AUR. Also the software is much more up to date. I also find it stable.

It's not complicated. I know it seems like a 7-headed monster, but once you read the wiki and understand what every command does, it get's simple. I can install Arch faster than Ubuntu, for example.

Maintaining arch is also very simple, very basic.
