They don't like to make it exactly easy to figure out whether all your stuff is really up to date, do they?
Right... These DLLs are maintained by Windows Update, but only after you will install them. I didn't wanted to install some random version and then run Windows Update, so I checked for the latest versions manually.
Update: VC++ 2005 SP1 v8-0-61187 and v8-0-61186 x64 x32 VC++ 2008 SP1 v9-0-30729-7497 x64 x32 VC++ 2010 SP1 v10-0-40219-436 x64 x32 VC++ 2012 U1 v11-0-51106-1 (KB2707250) x64 x32 VF# v2-0-40219-1 x32 VJ# v2-0-50728-937 x64 x32 VB Runtime and Virtual Machine 5 v1-2-3 x32 Holy d##k... (I just cursed MS for that silent updating.)
Warning: Some ill-designed setup programs (from companies, who don't know, how to make good setup application) have included older versions of VC++ (usually 2005, 2008 and 2010) together with the application, which the setup is installing. If you have these new VC++ from my pack installed, those older included VC++ will not install (which is OK, but...) and even worse they will report an error to that ill-designed setup program, which will either stop installing or report an error or at least the warning. Only way to avoid this is to NOT have any VC++ installed before running such ill-designed setup program. Then you can uninstall outdated VC++ and install these ones. Here are two examples of applications with such setup program: Adobe Photoshop CC or CS6 (displays warning at installation end) Intel Management Engine Interface v9 (stops installing with an error message)
Update: VC++ 2008 SP1 v9-0-30729-7523 x64 x32 VC++ 2010 SP1 v10-0-40219-447 x64 x32 VC++ 2012 U3 v11-0-60610-1 x64 x32
Tip - How to check version of installed VC++ 2010: VC++ 2010 only shows shortened version in Programs and Features dialog in Control Panels (like v10-0-40219). From this shortened version, it can't be determined, that you have the latest version installed. To ensure, that you have latest version, display details of \Windows\System32\mfc100.dll. Then the full version (like v10-0-40219-XXX) will be displayed.
"VJSh_v2-0-50728-937_x64_x32_both" gives me an access denied error, even if I grant full admin control. Tested with Windows 8.1 Pro PreView with Media Center x64.
Pls, look into Programs and Features window to see, if there is installed VJ#. Unfortunatelly I don't have Beta OSs installed in VM right now to test it. In W8-0 x64 b9200 it works fine. Also you can try copy files manually from RAR and then run the msi (directory [Win] in RAR matches directory [\Windows] on your system drive). Remember, you have to extract all files from RAR (not only MSI) to temporay directory for installation.
