Enterprise edition needs KMS server activation...it cannot be activated like ultimate or home basic or home premium so you can evaluate it for 90 days and then activate it once the 90 day trial period ends, with KMS server activation.
Judging from all the Win 7 edtions, Enterprise is separate so short answer is only Enterprise on the ISO.

This version should be pre actived for evaluation 90 days, it's prefered to download enterprise by torrent or any other link for activate with success by kms server.
As I had said earlier you can activate using activator by napalum once you reach 90 days trial period or any KMS server which is live, please dont confuse it to be like BETA or RC which is time bombed,and still can be activated with leaked VL keys with a live KMS server .
all speculations and nobody tried or is it based on facts that this version cannot be activated after trial? i guess gonna have to try it myself
