    So what's new in Ubuntu 13.10 that we don't have on 13.04?

    Its an evolutionary update, i heard 13.04 had a kernel bug which resulted in crashes. 13.10 doesn't have this along with lot of polish and refinement. I am currently using Xubuntu 13.10 and absolutely love it!
