1. Yep, all "language dependent packages" can be harvested from UPP, however main LangPack will be in ESD format, not CAB. 2. About 1/3 of "lng-neutral packages" can be gathered from UPP too. 3. Two "lng-neutral packages" (IE11 + DotNET3) can be copied from ISO: /sources/sxs 4. Nearly 80% of all packages have time-unlimited links.
Looking at my watch i would assume...official release is 2017/10/17, so shortly after. So long official ESDs or UUP packs from MS directly might be sufficient . EDIT: I mean this isn't downloading stuff from shady sources, this is MS Windows Update offer...

I used these client ESD 's to make ISO. I burned and format my pc. But my windows became Windows S and ı cant do anything ( no desktop programs can be used with this OS). how can ı make this ESD to windows Pro or something?
My antivirus show me virus by running this installation file. So that the reason I ask about the cab file. I'm sure there is option to extract and install the cab file.
