how can they say windows 7 is going to have more compatibility like XP, yet even common software isn't compatible, nor drivers.

i mean OMGZZ WINDOWS 7 COMES WITH A NEW FONT!!!!111
yea, the list of failures with windows 7 surpasses that of even vista.

What are you even talking about? Hey program xyz doesn't work with Windows 7 BETA (not even RC or RTM), umm yeah it's a beta. OMG my computer won't run Windows 7, again see reason #1, it is a beta. What are you gonna do use XP forever? That sounds awesome, especially after April and no more updates are going to come out for it wuhoo!!!

Can you give us some failures that are evident in the OS? I would love to hear some valid arguments on why you should stick with Windows 5.1 SP3 especially after it reaches its end of life.

Love the post HSchronic, it's true I love the ones posting like 7 is RTM... and they wonder why MS does private betas, it's to keep those that don't understand BETA off the feedback loop...

Personally I have only found one error in 7 and that's primarily due to Marvell not releasing the right fix for it yet, otherwise everything installed perfectly on my system, and I am dual booting Server 08 and 7 :)

Windows Server 7 is interesting and I am sure it will be just like Server 08 vs. Vista, there will be enhancements to running either or.... we will have to wait and see...

I want to see how Server 2008 R2 is going to have an impact on Citrix's market especially with the new virtualization features in the Desktop Optimization Pack.

He was concerned for its wellbeing - after all a year without any response is practically comatose.
