Sorry for ignorance, but is there an ISO file that includes a version of Windows 10 S? Or only through the same installer provided by Microsoft? Thanks

All ISO's on MDL are official MSFT released iso's, always check the SHA-1, all info is at the OP of every build thread.
actually the 1803 Sept 2018 ISO images from MSDN contain build 285, (KB4457128) instead of 228 I just checked this myself when clean installing this version and I have build 17134.285 flash player update KB4457146 for 1803 also integrated in this ISO as I checked the Installed Updates list lucky msdn users who get this new version

Microsoft removed the "master browser" functionality. It is deprecated and insecure. Set following two services to Startup Type Automatic Delayed: Function Discovery Provider Host Function Discovery Resource Publication. These two services will allow windows 10 machines on a local network to see each other in Windows Explorer
