It wasn't released in March, but in April 30th. Almost a month and a half ago.

Ok, thanks for trying. I’m going to test with a different KMS tool and try to find the one missing driver.

Most (if not all) KMS tools use the same activation method by default, i always use KMS_VL_ALL by @abbodi1406 but MTK and KMSpico should have the same result.

But now i read this reply of yours, i am wondering what KMS solution did you use?
Nvm, i see it was MTK.

Do you think changing to 32bit would make a difference?

At last they fixed the "feedback frequency" thing on today's Patch Tuesday.

One of the systems I maintain uses Dell SupportAssist.

After installing KB4284835 SupportAssist locks up when attempting to load the UI.

Same issue if you install the "good" audio driver (not the Windows generic driver) ?

    Example : Realtek Audio HD

One of the PCs I maintain has bluetooth audio. If a CU installs while the speaker is not connected the default audio device changes killing the sound.

Well after latest update (112) the start menu button and the system tray icons (clock, calendar, volume etc) icons are not clickable anymore. Pretty damn annoying.
