I accidentally deleted* the 20GB offer from a new PC. Is it possible to extract the installer from another PC? *I actually reformatted the HD thinking that I had a working recovery drive but the recovery isn't working properly.
I managed to extract it from the "Installers" folder on another PC. It installs fine even on non-Dell PCs and Dropbox confirms that I have 20 GB. The recovery process is a mess. Dell recommends making a recovery drive but the created recovery drive relies on the recovery partition to be intact. Basically they broke the built-in recovery media creator. Using Dell Backup and Recovery (which wasn't installed on my PC) I was able to create what looks like real recovery media but I didn't test it yet (I just put it away for when I transfer ownership of the PC).
