I've just done a fresh install of Win8.1 onto a new SSD and it's created a 350MB partition at the start of the drive, before the actual Windows 8 one, which I've never seen before with Windows 7.

I've then created another partition and restored my Windows 7 true image to that, so that I can dual-boot with grub4dos. I'm used to doing this with Win7 but I'm just a bit concerned about this small partition that I've never seen before and whether I might not be able to boot after installing g4d to the MBR and then creating a menu entry to boot to the main Windows 8 partition, like

    root (hd0,1)
    chainloader +1 // or chainloader /bootmgr

So could someone who's done this already help me out please?
