I will try to install windows 7 OEM BIE ultimate version on another XP partition .
Which loader do you think I will have to use to activate this version ?
    (on a Dell computer)
And should I boot from the Win7 DVD or install from XP ?

AFAIK this version has its own loader embeded, many people has treported problems with this customized BIE release.

My advice is: don't use it!;) Download a untouched win7 from the repository (link in my signature), burn it, install it and activate with Daz's loader (link in my signature too) , in this way you be ok.:)

P.S.: MDL has no support for these changed windows.

thnx guys, I think I have this version already : 7600.16285.090713.1255 - is that the RTM version?

Do I have to install without serial ?

But if I use that loader ,I hope it doesn't affect my XP ?

If XP is installed first, then WIN7 after then you won't need any other software to dual boot. Windows 7 will detect XP installation and add it to the bootloader IIRC, if it was the other way round, IE WIN7 installed first then XP you would then need some extra software to cure it.
