Hi all , My question is if it is possible to have a dual grub loader for either vista or windows 7 after the selecting menu pops up in a dualboot environment. Current the grub starts before I get the selecting menu to choose vista or windows 7. Now when starting I have the problem that either vista or windows 7 isn't activated after selecting between both. System is installed on 1 HDD drive 2 partitions. Vista first partition Windows 7 2nd partition Any help will be appreciated.
I have done that with version 1.4 it does overwrite the current grub with the one of windows 7 and activates windows 7 but then when I return to vista it isn't activated so actually no help on that Or did I over looked something ?
it should work as hazars loader emulates slic2.1 wich is both vista and seven compatible i think. You should however integrate the hp cert in vista, with the appropriate masterkey for your vista version.
