dual layer DVD to Single layer

    hello friends,

    I have a program in iso format, it can be write only on dual layer dvd..but i want to write it in 2 single layer dvd........so i ask all of you that is it possible or any way to splite doble layer dvd in to two single layer dvd??????? and is it possible if a software in two single layer dvd join in 1 dual layer dvd

    If it's a Video disc (ie DVD), you can reencode the video with any of many commercial programs like clone dvd or DVDShrink as suggested by groovesection.

    If it's a program data DVD, you cannot easily split it. Easier to copy it to a USB stick or a dual layer DVD. You have to remaster program installation DVD to split it onto two discs.

    it is dvd of windows 7 professional.

    is it possible????

    hey friends
    is it possible to splite dual layer dvd in to two single layer dvd or more normal cd (700 Mb)???????:confused:

    Windows 7 Professional is 2.56 GB well under the 4.5 GB a single layer DVD recordable blank holds, fits easily onto a 4.5 GB single layer.

    Get a USB drive and use the free tool to make it bootable, or buy dual layer DVD blanks.
