Dumping physical memory

    Hello friends,

    In my job PC has like that trouble:

    When i start it and desktop appears normally but after a few minutes it get into green screen with something like that title:

    collecting a data.... Dumping a physical memory and counting a numbers.... after it restarts when it turns on again same trouble occurs. pops up unaccepted shut down has occurred.

    what is that?

    please help me.

    there is installed windows 7. it has 4 GB RAM, it is 2 dual core.

    Do you possibly mean blue and not green? As in the dreaded Blue Screen of Death ... BSOD. If so, there will be an error code and possibly a faulting file shown on the screen. Post both if you do indeed have a BSOD.

    no there is not BSOD... there is Dumping physical memory and numbers from 10 counting down after restarts and boots normally but after same problem

    My experience with Windows dates back to 1990 with version 3.0. I've never seen a green screen of anything.
