Hi, I have an old HP Pavillion dv2500 most precisely the dv2585ep model. It comes with a intel bg3945 not supported on OSX. I've installed sucessfully a lion hackintosh, and everything is fully working besides the wifi. I bought a new broadcom compatible wifi card (broadcom 94321) and applied the sp41959_NWL_ByCamiloml.exe bios. I've passed past the 104 error, and in windows 7 the card is running fine but i have to manually turn on the wifi on the hardware switch. On OSX lion, the card is recognizable but Wifi is turned off. When I turn it on via software nothing happens as well as via hardware. I've tried the pin 20 thing and everything is the same. Can you please point me a way to force wifi so I can fully use this laptop as an hackintosh? best regards and thank you in advance! if anyone has a solution that needs custom modding I'm willing to pay for it, if it works.
make sure u compare multiple images in google image results. i saw a bad info picture with wrong pin being shown also make ure you have smbios.plist with model NOT mackbookpro4,1 use chameleon wizard or champlist
