dv6-6135dx recovery disks not working

    Dv6-6135dx Recovery not working
    Made recovery disk once i got the computer open and charged
    Was using the computer for a while got bsod out of no where
    googled and came up with that it was bios related
    Updated bios to the f.21 because f.20 reported bsod
    Now getting message


    The system recovery media does not support this computer
    You are not able to restore this system with this media
    0110-lw262uar#aba-lw262UA#ABA


    Did more research found out that it is one of 2 things
    Something tatoo related
    Or something to do with country

    Help please

    Why don't you try flashing bios back to f.20 to see if recovery disks work or can you not make another set of recovery disks with the updated bios.

    Would like to note.... never tested recovery disk after making them so im asuming this issue was happening before bios update since a bios roll back is not helping

    Tried that earlier did not work even tried going to the previous version before f.20
    Issue is lw262UA#ABA is what the cd wants
    lw262uar#aba is my product number so its failing(I believe)

    cant make new recovery disk since harddrive is not a option and now using my own install of windows

    anyone know of the correct dmi utility for this computer?
