dv7 wont boot lion, but will boot anything else?

    I have a dv7-1273cl and I've tried the iATKOS_l1 distro (iATKOS_v7 worked fine), and I've tried building my own bootable installation using the lion dmg from the apple store. Even a dsdt.aml that I know works... yet I still get an instant reboot right when chameleon finnishes, and darwin takes over. Any ideas?
